We genuinely recognize that we have a responsibility to serve our local communities in a meaningful and results-oriented way by providing pro bono legal services to individuals and community-based nonprofit organizations where legal help would otherwise be unavailable. In 2016, we donated more than 70 hours of legal services. By providing direct representation and partnering with human rights, legal reform, and other organizations, we have assisted impoverished individuals, marginalized communities, nonprofits, and small businesses. Our pro bono activities are varied and cover a range of legal areas, including:
- Immigration
- Probate and Family Law
- Human Rights Violations
- Right to Health Litigation
- Civil Litigation
- Domestic Violence
- Custody
- HIV/AIDS
- Consumer Protection
- Capacity Building and Sensitization
- Commercial Transactions
